Mike teased Sweet Emotion during the bass and drums section of YEM and Happy Birthday before The Oh Kee Pa Ceremony for "Josh’s" 20th birthday. Possum contained a Theme from Woody Woodpecker tease. Trey announced that the second set would be their last until the summer, as they were going in to record an album. Technical difficulties necessitated a short break after McGrupp. This show included some humorous stage banter about prep school headmasters and the like.

Review by TheEmu

TheEmu This sounds to me like one of those really tight, excellently played, nothing-too-adventurous '90-'92 gigs. There are a few shaky moments, like the start of Chalkdust and the start of YEM. There's a couple of interesting moments, like AC/DC Bag and the start of Foam. And there's the funny banter before the start of set II about people getting hauled into the headmaster's office, as well as an audience member yelling "f*** Your Face!" to which Fish replies "f*** YOUR face!" Beyond that, though, just straight-forward, average-great Phish. Oh, and the sound quality wobbles between crispy soundboard and hissy soundboard. Three stars.

Alexanderhoye This show was organized for a bunch of Prep schools in Ct. My school, Loomis Chaffee, was there and it was a good vibe seeing all the other prepsters from the other schools into the same music. Surprisingly, the band didnt play "Prep School Hippy" which would have been perfect.

Mrwilson This was my first show. I went to Canterbury school and I think the tickets were 10 bucks. Someone from the school Just dropped us off in a van. The show was in a big field. Think the stage was a flatbed trailer. Hundreds of prep school kids and a small but noticeable number of Burlington types willing to drive down to Connecticut for a free show. There were a bunch of us playing frisbee for the first set. Great vibe. The possum encore is what hooked me. I’m writing this review on the 32 anniversary of that show.
